Payment Information
The total fee for this service is          for     hours of entertainment. If  requests additional hours, and TWENTYONEPOWERS can provide them the services, the fee will be $50 dollars per additional hour.
                       will pay a deposit  prior to the event, in the amount of $100 dollars, This deposit is non-refundable.

If {Customer Name} wishes to cancel the services, he/she must give TWENTYONEPOWERS at least 5 days' notice.

Setup

Music
TWENTYONEPOWERS will play songs chosen by              & or his song list.
TWENTYONEPOWERS will take requests from            and/or guests of the event, provided that the requested music is in TWENTYONEPOWERS collection and/or that time permits.


Damages
             agrees to pay for all damages to TWENTYONEPOWERS equipment caused by the negligence of              or any of the event guests.
